Dynamic Fitness Warmup - General Fitness - All Levels - For Injury Prevention + Maximal Performance!
Don't be one of those people who gets injured, is in pain, or limits their performance and results potential by not properly preparing your body for your physical activities!
Whether you're a professional athlete or an "everyday athlete" this series of 8 full-body movements will help prepare your body for your fitness activities, sports, and/or outdoor activities.
Once familiar with each of the exercises, this warmup should only take you 5-8 minutes total, and can be done in a gym, at home, in the office, on the field, and pretty much anywhere in between!
Each exercise should be done for :30-:60, typically just one round through, unless your body feels like it needs a bit more.
All that's needed for this warmup is:
- Your warm, breathing body ;)
- A little bit of space to move around in
- A mini band (resistance band)
This routine is a great foundational circuit for any activity, and prepares your body in a "dynamic" manner with effective movements and activations to help your tissues do their best, and avoid injury in the process.
If you're looking to prevent pain or injury AND get the most out of your activities, then make sure to utilize this dynamic warmup routine (or one of my other general or activity-specific dynamic warmup routines).
It will help you to get STRONGER, more POWERFUL, greater ENDURANCE, and help you to RECOVER more efficiently.
