With soooo many products available to us today, and soooo much confusion around what to eat, what not to eat, what's good, what's not good, this diet and that diet...IT CAN BE HARD TO NAVIGATE WHAT TO BUY TO BE HEALTHY AND TRIM!
And while there are certainly varying needs and requirements from one person to the next, there is NO body on this planet that is ever actually nourished or which has its health boosted by intaking any of these man-made or man-altered, processed ingredients.
This "Top Food Ingredients to Avoid" list is a great guide to helping you determine which products are best to avoid...if you see any of these ingredients, it's best to find a different option. While some of these ingredients are worse than others, NOT ONE of these ingredients will help make you healthy, pain free, or fit.
Unfortunately, it can be tough to completely avoid all of these ingredients, seeing as they're so heavily used in our food supply, and yes, even in the ones at the "health foods" stores, in certified organic foods, etc. But, being aware of what some of the "worst offender" ingredients are to your health and waistline is an important step to decreasing, or eliminating, the products that over time will make you fat, sick, and nearly dead (as is a title of a health documentary).
